In production since model year 2003, the Titan is a full-size pickup that’s Nissan’s answer to the Ford F150, RAM 1500 and Toyota Tundra. The ‘14 Titan was the truck’s second generation, with fresh styling, a 390 hp 5.6L V8 or a 310 hp Cummins diesel. Titans are available as regular or XD models, with XD being a heavy-duty commercial-grade truck, and your choice of regular, extended cab or crew cab body styles. The ‘14 Titan was available with XD, Platinum Reserve, S, SL, SV and Pro-4X trim levels (and other combinations).
I was using a BF Goodrich KO2s on my 2014 Nissan Titan Pro 4X. While I liked the look, toughness, and treadwear of the KO2s they were very loud when driving. This was something I wanted to change when selecting a new tire. After many hours of research and reviews of tires, I landed on the Faulken Rubitreks. I couldn't be more pleased. The tires are much quieter which makes for a more enjoyable ride. The ride itself is very comfortable and smooth. If I have any negative it would be after installing them I have seen a slight dip in my gas mileage, but it has been very minor and it seems that in the past couple of months, it has improved some. So that may be a usage issue or just the tires getting broken in. Barring any set back I will definitely be buying these tires again when I need them. Hopefully, not for another 40 to 45k miles.
