The Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HT tires receive mixed reviews, with many customers praising their performance and longevity, while others express dissatisfaction with certain aspects.
The Goodyear Wrangler Fortitude HT tires are generally well-regarded for their on-road performance, longevity, and comfort. They excel in everyday driving conditions and offer good value for many users. However, they may not be the best choice for those requiring strong winter performance or serious off-road capability. The tires seem best suited for drivers who primarily use their vehicles on paved roads and in mild weather conditions.
Positive highlights
Excellent tread life, with many users reporting 60,000-80,000 miles or more. Quiet and smooth ride on highways. Good traction in dry and wet conditions. Comfortable ride quality. Fuel efficiency improvement noted by some users. Reliable performance for daily driving and light towing.
Negative highlights
Poor performance in snow and ice conditions. Some users report issues with traction in wet conditions. Complaints about premature wear from a few customers. Not suitable for serious off-road use despite being marketed as all-terrain. Some instances of balance issues and vibrations.

Overall pleased with tires
Within 30 minutes of ordering tires contacted support to change delivery address address. Was advised change was accepted. Several days later still waiting for updated shipment tracking info. Contacted support for status and was advised tires had been delivered to original delivery address. Was disappointed in service from customer support on this order but will order from Simple Tire again.

DO NOT USE IN SNOW OR RAIN
These fortitude tires came on my 2019 Silverado RST Z71 instead of AT tires. They have 61,000 miles on them and ready to be switched out. (The Good): Tread life is great, the tires are whisper quiet with no vibration. (The Bad): When the roads get wet, they are sketchy at best, when the roads are covered from hard rain and puddles you better slow down. (The Ugly): When there is snow on the road, you will be white knuckling and reaching for the 4WD button. I've driven 2WD and 4WD chevy's for 40 years with all different brands of tires in snowy northern NY and these literally scare the crap out of me in the winter. Aside from the cost of new tires, I couldn't wait for them to wear out!!!!1

Tires are nice, they fit great the ride is smooth.
they also hold a shine when polished with armorial..
only problem I had was whoever delivered them to my apartment, they left the tires outside on the ground where they sat all day until I arrived home, good thing my neighbors knew who they were for.

Built with a durable tread compound that promotes uniform wear for a longer tread life
Whether navigating a job site or simply commuting to and from work, drivers of light trucks and SUVs need a tire that performs on and off road. Goodyear designed the Wrangler Fortitude HT with these drivers in mind, as its on and off road performance along with heavier load capacities makes it an ideal choice for today's light trucks and SUVs. A durable tread compound helps to maximize the tire's lifespan, and the Wrangler Fortitude HT features full depth sipes for extra snow traction plus grooves within its tread that boost hydroplaning resistance. Featuring an optimized tread design to give drivers a quiet ride, the Wrangler Fortitude HT is typically used by drivers of the Chevrolet Silverado, Ford Expedition, GMC Yukon, and Ram 1500.
