Yes, select RoadX tire models could be offered with a limited warranty policy subject to certain terms, conditions, and limitations. Select RoadX tires are warranted from defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the original tread up to 2/32”. For the first 50% of the original tread (2/32” divided by 2), RoadX tires could be replaced free of cost. Only the mounting, balancing, and other applicable taxes are required to be paid by the customer. However, if the tread is worn more than 50% of the original tread and is unserviceable due to defects in workmanship or materials, a pro-rated credit will be given based on the remaining original usable tread. The customer in this case too is required to pay charges of mounting and balancing along with other applicable taxes.
RoadX tires are typically manufactured at one of Sailun Tire Americas facilities located in China and could also be made in one of the facilities based in the US.
