Yes, Maxxis tires could be available with the manufacturer’s limited warranty. Under the warranty, if during the first 50% of the treadwear a Maxxis radial passenger or light truck tire is found unserviceable due to defects in materials or workmanship, Maxxis will replace the tire with the same or comparable new passenger/light truck tire free of cost (labor charges and taxes are chargeable). If, after 50% of treadwear, a Maxxis radial passenger or light truck tire is found unserviceable due to defects in materials or workmanship, a pro-rated replacement credit is given to the tire customer on the percentage of unusable tread remaining, which does not include the last 2/32nds of tread depth.
