The Maybach 62 is a full size, stretched-wheelbase sedan that combines opulent luxury with a 660 hp M-B V12, for a 0-60 time of under five seconds. The 57 and 62 were the first Maybach models since the brand was revived by Mercedes-Benz. The 62 was available in Landaulet, S and Zeppelin trim levels.
When it’s time to shop 2012 Maybach 62 tires, we’d recommend premium all-season tires like the BFGoodrich Advantage Control, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3 (with 45k mile treadwear warranty) and Nokian zLine A/S SUV (with 40k mile warranty). For more nimble handling, consider summer/ultra-high-performance tires like the Toyo Celsius Sport and Goodyear Eagle Exhilarate (45k mile warranty). Just remember that summer/UHP tires get part of their performance from a softer, stickier tread formulation, but that tread compound will stiffen and lose traction in cold weather. Summer/UHP tires shouldn’t be used if temperatures are below 40-45 degrees F.
