Derived from the Ford Escape, the Lincoln MKC is a compact premium crossover that was introduced in model year 2014. The Lincoln MKC had a choice of two Ford EcoBoost 4-cyl engines for an EPA-estimated 22 mpg city/33 mpg highway, with the kind of luxury, tech and convenience items you’d expect from a Lincoln. For model year ‘15, the Lincoln MKC was available with base and Black Label trim levels.
When you shop 2015 Lincoln MKC tires, you’ll probably be looking for long wear, great handling and road manners, year-round traction and a quiet, comfortable ride. Your best bet will probably be all-season or touring tires like the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus (45k mile treadwear warranty) or Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5 SCT, For more spirited driving, consider summer or ultra-high-performance tires like the Pirelli P Zero, Bridgestone Potenza S005 or Michelin Pilot Sport 4S. Just be aware that summer and UHP tires use a softer, stickier tread compound that enhances grip for cornering, but will stiffen and lose traction in colder weather; these tires shouldn’t be used in temperatures lower than about 45 degrees F.
