BMW introduced their 1-series of subcompacts in 2004, and the 135i is the five-door hatchback model. The 1-series replaced the 3-series as the smallest, lowest-priced cars in the BMW line. The Pirelli P Zero, Bridgestone Potenza RE0501 RFT/MOE/II, or Goodyear Eagle LS-2 ROF would have been the OEM tires for your 2011 BMW 135i.
When it’s time to shop 2011 BMW 135i tires, remember that this model is designed for an offset fitment, with different tire sizes in front and rear. Rear tires could be 225/45R17 or 245/35R18, while front tires could be 205/50R17 or 215/40R18. We’d recommend premium all-season tires like the Goodyear Eagle LS-2 ROF, Pirelli Cinturato P7 All Season, Bridgestone DriveGuard Plus (with 65k mile treadwear warranty) or Michelin Defender 2 as a good fit for this make/model.
I have these on my 2011 135i, around 600whp, fully upgraded suspension include spherical bearings everywhere. They warm up quickly have excellent grip going straight and while cornering. So I can use them for both half mile racing and hpde.
Compared to my last set of tires, federal fz201m, these have much more grip and are dead on the freeway. I have completed one track day starting with 28psi cold, and the wear was even and very good.
Thanks kumho and simple tire!
