The Westlake CR960A tires have received mixed reviews, with some customers praising their value and others reporting significant issues.
The Westlake CR960A tires appear to be a budget-friendly option that has satisfied some customers, particularly for use on trailers and commercial vehicles. However, there are significant concerns about their durability, safety, and overall quality. Many users have experienced premature tire failures, which have led to costly damage to their vehicles. The tires seem to be particularly problematic when used on RVs and fifth wheels. While some find them to be a good value, others consider them to be "throwaway" tires due to their short lifespan.
Positive highlights
Good performance on trailers and semi-trucks. Excellent value for the price point. Suitable for commercial trucks and box trucks.
Negative highlights
Sidewall cracking issues. Short lifespan, with some tires failing within 3,000-4,000 miles. Complaints about ride quality, with some users describing excessive vibration and hardness. Damage to RVs and fifth wheels due to tire failures.

These are good tires (BUT) Not long lasting at all! Bought a 2020 rv with these tires on them, I was a little nervous because I really couldn't find any reviews on them other than car tire reviews. So I decided to give them a chance. I have about 15k on them now in 1 year with no problems. But while upgrading the suspension on the rv I decided to have these tires balanced that's when I noticed the cracks, some really small and a couple that are very concerning. So I'm getting rid of them and buying some Goodyears G114 ! You get what you pay for......

Bought these new 3 years ago. The sidewalls are cracking. Tread life is good. Tires are not good value for the money. Basically a throwaway tire after 3 years. Would not recommend them.

We were told that these were upgrades on our new 5th wheel. I am religious about checking tire pressure, yet around 4,000 miles and we've already had 2 peel off causing more than $10,000 worth of damage to our new 5th wheel.

Seem to be great for our trailer. Great shipping. Probably buy from simple tire again.
