I ordered two tractor tires ,exactly the same as they were both going on the front of my tractor .They came five days after ordered ,said they would be here in two .One was incorrect size .Immediately notified simple tire .Took me another two weeks to get the right one even though it was simple tires mistake .They would not send another until they received return tire and had to send pictures as they wouldn't believe me .My ranch is way out so every trip into town was 45 miles one way .My tractor was down three weeks and I have 18 horse to take care of .So I'm not happy with customer service even when I emailed and explained my situation ,not my fault and they still took a lot of time and I'm handicapped and it was a big deal to not have my tractor working .I have had a construction company my whole life and being in my own business ,in this situation I would have sent another tire immediately since it was not the customers fault and if they returned tire great if not oh well .I would have returned tire either way .Justmy way of doing business I guess.
