The Milestar Patagonia M/T tires receive generally positive reviews for their performance, value, and versatility across various terrains and vehicles.
The Milestar Patagonia M/T tires are generally well-regarded for their balance of off-road capability, on-road comfort, and affordability. They perform particularly well in mud and snow, with many users praising their quiet ride for a mud terrain tire. However, some concerns exist about tread wear and wet pavement performance. Overall, they seem to offer good value for those seeking an aggressive tire without the premium price of more established brands.
Positive highlights
Surprisingly quiet for mud terrain tires, especially at highway speeds. Excellent off-road performance in mud, sand, and snow. Aggressive look with good traction. Smooth ride quality for a mud terrain tire. Good value for the price compared to more expensive brands. Performs well in wet conditions and light snow. Easy to balance and mount.
Negative highlights
Some users report faster wear than expected, especially on the center tread. A few complaints about poor performance on wet pavement. Can be bouncy at higher pressures on heavier vehicles.

Bad cupping/scalloping on thread
We have 3 sets of Patagonias; A/T, M/T and X/Ts. All have between 5000-12000 miles on them and all are cupping/scalloping badly. This causes loud road "hum" and vibration in steering wheels of our Sequoia, Tacoma & 4Runner. Wouldn't buy this brand again.

Great all around tire.
I've put over 40k on them from the mountains in WY to my farm in MN and they've been my absolute favorite tire. That being said, if you're not VERY diligent in rotation they will wear badly and become the loudest tire ever and get rough on the highway. However I would definitely buy them again even though in 2020 I bought them for $165 a piece and now they are $240 plus.

These are the best tires I've owned. I was worried that Matt's Offroad Recovery was talking them up on YouTube because they are sponsored. Not the case they are the perfect tires for me!!!

Only had mine on for two weeks now and was in snow, rain, mud and dry. So far these tires have been great for me. I will see how they are completely in a little more time, but really are liking them.

Best tire period!! 2nd set buying. 1st set is on my 2007 Lincoln Mark LT, lifted 6" 38/12.5x20. Had Nitto tires, they sucked. Now buying for my 2016 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited 4dr, 35x12.5x20 which currently have Open Country tire. Both the Nitto and Open Country tires sucks. hard, bad when cold and wet, wonder all over. My Lincoln handles great now, no noise and got a little better mileage. You will not be disappointed period!
