The Milestar Patagonia M/T tires receive generally positive reviews for their performance, value, and versatility across various terrains and vehicles.
The Milestar Patagonia M/T tires are generally well-regarded for their balance of off-road capability, on-road comfort, and affordability. They perform particularly well in mud and snow, with many users praising their quiet ride for a mud terrain tire. However, some concerns exist about tread wear and wet pavement performance. Overall, they seem to offer good value for those seeking an aggressive tire without the premium price of more established brands.
Positive highlights
Surprisingly quiet for mud terrain tires, especially at highway speeds. Excellent off-road performance in mud, sand, and snow. Aggressive look with good traction. Smooth ride quality for a mud terrain tire. Good value for the price compared to more expensive brands. Performs well in wet conditions and light snow. Easy to balance and mount.
Negative highlights
Some users report faster wear than expected, especially on the center tread. A few complaints about poor performance on wet pavement. Can be bouncy at higher pressures on heavier vehicles.

DEFINITLY WORTH THE MONEY
I'VE BEEN RUNNING THESE ON THE ROAD AND IN THE ROCK TRAILS OF CENTRAL ARKANSAS AND THEY SEEM TO BE GREAT FOR BOTH. I HAD TO AIR DOWN QUITE A BIT TO GET THE BITE IN THE ROCKS BUT ONCE I FOUND THE RIGHT PSI THEY WERE PRETTY DAMN GOOD. I AIR DOWN TO ABOUT 12-13 PSI ON NON-BEADLOCK RIMS AND THAT GIVES ME THE SIDEWALL FLEX I NEED ROCK CLIMBIMG. I HAVEN'T REALLY HAD THEM IN THE MUD VERY MUCH BUT WITH WHAT LITTLE I HAVE DONE IN THE MUD THEY SEEM TO BE PRETTY GOOD AS WELL. NO REAL EXPERIENCE WITH THEM IN SAND AND SNOW. NOT ALOT OF SAND AROUND MEMPHIS EXCEPT IN THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER WHEN ITS LOW ENOUGH.

Very Quiet Mud Tire
The tire rides well and you don't hear any tire hum till about 55-60 mph. I work at a dealership and we try many different brands and types of tires. Patagonia makes the best value mud and all terrain tires that we've seen. Especially in larger sizes.
Designed for use on light trucks and SUVs, the Patagonia M/T from Milestar is a mud terrain tire that's built to provide superior traction in harsh off-road conditions. Able to conquer rocks, mud, snow, and sand, the Patagonia M/T's staggered, off-center tread blocks increase traction, while a 3-ply sidewall provides added durability to punctures and damage from rocks, stones, and other debris.
Features & Benefits
High-void tread design provides additional biting edges and also forces out rocks and other debris for consistent traction
Built with a cut and chip resistant rubber compound for added protection against damage that's common with off-road driving
Angled biting edges and a complex siping design enhance traction and performance on- and off-road
3-ply sidewall provides added strength and impact protection
