Performed well over 3 years
These are OEM on my 2021 Camry SE AWD and they have been excellent tires for me. They track well, brake well and I have never had issues in rain. We get a decent amount of snow most winters and I easily drive past vehicles that should, in my mind, be having an easier time than I but this is where the AWD shines. After 3 years, I will be purchasing these tires again after this winter as I tend to drive aggressively and have probably worn down the trend earlier than they should be.

These tires are no bueno for snow and ice
The Hankook Kinergy GT came pre-installed on my 2023 AWD Chevy Trailblazer RS. No problems on dry or wet pavement but on snow and ice they are worthless. Our household has three vehicles of similar size, weight, and capability. The Trailblazer with these Hankook Kinergy GT tires is the only one that literally cannot get out of our driveway. I've spent hours digging it out on roads that the two other vehicles navigate without issue.

garbage
Hanook Kinergy GT Their junk like metric tires. Brand new on my brand new explorer, worked alright for about the first 10k miles. After that the tires have very poor wet traction hydroplane easily . the tread wear is very poor. I have just over 35k on a 70k tire and even after regular rotations the tread wear indicators are very close. I'm about MAYBE 10k from having to replacing them. I'm a retired easy going driver so no I don't corner or speed like a race car.

The Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) is an all-season tire for sedans, coupes, SUVs, and CUVs that is designed for providing great wet traction, good handling performance, great durability, and a 70,000 mile limited manufacturer warranty.
Features & Benefits
All-season tread
Black sidewall
70,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty
Wide lateral grooves in the tire tread provide hydroplaning resistance and the step-wing shoulder design maximizes water evacuation for ensuring safety on wet surfaces.
Hankook tires have always been known for great dry and wet performance, and the Kinergy GT (H436) meets the above requirement. It features a rigid center rib for great handling, tremendous braking performance, and high grip. To make control easier, a wide contact area ensures confident steering responses and stability, even in harsh driving conditions, by putting more rubber on the road. An equalized chamfer sipe and an optimized lateral groove design are responsible for good grip in snowy conditions, and the stiff tread blocks of the Kinergy GT (H436) add strength and durability, leading to a longer tread life.
Have a question about Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires?
No, Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires are symmetrical, not directional. The symmetrical tread pattern of the Kinergy GT (H436) increases traction and performance in dry, wet, and light winter weather while also allowing for the tire to be rotated freely.
Yes, Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires are a good choice for drivers of coupes, sedans, CUVs, and SUVs that want strong traction year-round, a long tread life, and shorter stopping distances.
Yes, Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires can be used in light snow thanks to their special shoulder design that maximizes grip, all-season tread pattern and rubber compound, and wide grooves that allow for strong traction and performance year-round. The Kinergy GT (H436) is not Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified, so it should not be used in moderate to severe winter weather conditions.
Kinergy GT (H436) tires could be made at one of Hankook's factories in Indonesia, South Korea, or the United States.
Yes, Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires are run flat on select sizes. Most sizes of the Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) are not available as run flat tires, though.
Hankook Kinergy GT (H436) tires are backed by a 70,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty. This means the Kinergy GT (H436) is expected to last at least 70,000 miles assuming proper use, maintenance, and rotation are followed.
