After the tires were installed I was immediately impressed with how quiet and well-mannered they were compared to the Mud/Snow tires they replaced on my F-150. We've had a few snowstorms since then and I've taken the truck up to Snowbird ski area and had no issues. They appear to handle slush and light snow with no issue. They also performed well in the packed snow of the parking lots at the ski area. On the old tires I've occasionally had issues with traction on the packed snow, especially off the side of Hwy 210. The new tires have had no issue. Most of the time these tires will be on dry pavement so I'm not having metal studs installed. But it's a nice option if you drive mostly on snow-packed roads most of the winter.
