Get technical: The Assurance Triplemax 2 from Goodyear is an all season tire that's designed for use on coupes, sedans, CUVs, SUVs, and minivans, and features HydroTred technology that improves braking and handling performance on wet roads.
Features & Benefits
All season tread Black sidewall Built with Goodyear's HydroTred technology that improves performance and reduces braking distances on wet roads
Wet weather can make driving more difficult than it needs to be, as your tires might struggle to grip the road which hinders braking, turning, and acceleration performance. Fortunately, Goodyear built the Assurance Triplemax 2 with their HydroTred technology that includes an improved rubber compound and asymmetric tread pattern to shorten braking distances on wet roads. Four wide grooves within the tread quickly remove water from the tire to reduce the risk of hydroplaning, and the Assurance Triplemax 2's asymmetric tread pattern and optimized design put more rubber on the road to further enhance handling and steering. The Assurance Triplemax 2 also features narrower shoulder grooves and noise reducing edges that create a quiet, comfortable ride, making the tire a great choice for drivers of the BMW 3 Series, Chevrolet Spark, Ford Fiesta, Honda Civic, Hyundai Elantra, Mazda 3, Subaru Forester, and Toyota Camry.
