Yes, General tires could be offered with a standard limited warranty. Under this limited warranty, if a General tire wears out evenly to the level of tread wear indicators (2/32nds of an inch or 1.6 mm of tread remaining) before its specified mileage/kilometers (listed on the official website), General could warrant the tire on pro-rata basis. Pro-rata for this mileage warranty is measured as per the odometer readings at the time of tire purchase and the odometer reading at the time of replacement. Certain terms and conditions are required to be met for the warranty offered by General Tire.
General tires could be manufactured in one of the tire plants located in Waco TX, Uvalde TX, Mayfield KY, Bryan OH, Charlotte NC, and Mt. Vernon IL in the US.
