Not too happy
Firestone Transforce AT2 225/70R19.5 were placed on my F550 5th wheel hauler. The older ones were Continental tires. These are a much softer ride BUT, they float on the highway, any little grove or ridge in the highway and there tires grab it and pull the front end. I just completed a 5K trip from FL to AZ and I I have to work the steering the entire time. If I had purchased local I would be at the shop asking for a different tire. I would not recommend these for highway driving. :(

Unfortunately I'm not very pleased with these tires. But before we go bashing them I'm pretty sure I chose poorly for my application. They are extremely hard to balance no one can get them right. I can't go over 60 miles an hour. If there a groove on the road it's off to the races. I'm mainly on the highway. I drive a 2018 3500 with about Average 5000 pounds in tools. I was looking for the weight capacity and all weather type tire. I have spent a small fortune on them and will have to replace them. Wet dry traction is great. If your a country type off road type they will probably be great.

I am a first time Transforce AT2 user but a previous multi-user of the Transforce AT and HT's on 3/4 ton trucks. These new tires are on a 1 ton GMC Duramax and so far the AT2's are what I expected from Firestone. Great tires at a great price. Most would expect noise from the deep tread but no such thing. The snow and ice were no match for the old Transforce tires and I am expecting the same or better with these newer AT2's. Will see if the AT2's can give me 80,000 or more miles like it's predecessor. Definitely recommend these tires.
