The Firestone Firehawk GT tires have received mixed reviews, with some customers praising their performance and others expressing disappointment with their durability and tread life.
The Firestone Firehawk GT tires offer good performance and handling for sports cars and performance vehicles, particularly in dry conditions. However, many users have experienced disappointingly short tread life and inconsistent quality. The tires' performance in wet conditions is a concern for some drivers. These tires came stock on my 2018 Dodge Challenger. I'm an adult. I don't peel out. I don't drag race. I rotate them regularly every 6,000 miles.
I'm replacing these tires after 26,000 miles because they're down to the warnings already. Treadlife warranty here says 50k miles. Unfortunately, when you purchase a new car the tires included on the new car have no warranty for treadware whatsoever.
For $200 apiece, i expected far more. Never again.

the above date was my SECOND firehawk. The first one was on the car when purchased; it lasted not quite 2 weeks. Both tires sustained sidewall damage after driving on a dirt road. Seriously, I felt nothing either time and have no body damage, but the tire had a 2 inch tear in the first one and a pinhole leak in the second one. RIDICULOUS!
The Firestone Firehawk GT is an all-season high performance tire specially developed for drivers who want freedom and stability on the road. Ideally fit for sporty sedans and coupes, the Firehawk GT is the perfect mix of durable, dependable, and comfortable. It features an asymmetric tread design made from high-silica compound which can resist punctures and enhance treadwear. To enhance steering response and cornering stability are the large outside shoulder blocks. Inside you will find lateral grooves and sipes which create biting edges to provide traction on wet and slippery road surfaces. The Veri-pitch sequencing of the tire's block shapes and sizes help reduce the noise created by the tires. Rest assured you enjoy a quiet and comfortable trip while driving in these tires.
