Buyer Beware! Purchased these for my F150 and one tire developed a sidewall bulge at around 20 days / 1000mi. Firestone is refusing to replace this tire or offer refund because it was deemed to be caused by a "Road Hazard or Improper Installation". I was denied a free replacement and had to pay for 1 new tire out of pocket, not very happy. Given Firestone's past blowout reputation, I no longer feeling very good about these tires anymore and will never again buy Firestone.

I live in the desert, so I cannot compare wet and snow traction. These are quiet, and smooth, much better than the original Nexin that came on the vehicle.
I did go larger than what the manufacture calls for because I take it off road from time to time (The speedometer was also fast, now it is right). The vehicle is a Hyundai Kona 4X4.
I kept the same width, which is skinny. The skinny tires do grab the groved pavement, but it is nothing that bothers me. The tread is really aggressive, but they are quiet for being as aggressive as they are.
I like them and would buy them again.

The new Firestone tires are wonderful. My Rav4 handles much better and the road noise is practically nonexistent. The price was right, delivery was very fast, and the Simpletire staff was terrific. Thank you for the outstanding customer service and a fine product.

Solid construction and optimized rubber compound reduce rolling resistance for increased fuel efficiency
Most drivers of CUVs, SUVs, and light trucks look for tires that can perform in rain, shine, and even on light snow, and that's where the Firestone Destination LE3 comes in. The Destination LE3 is a reliable all-season tire that offers great traction, performance, and confident handling in dry, wet, and light snow conditions. Built with Firestone's TRACTIONTECH technology, the Destination LE3 provides consistent wear for a longer tread life while also reducing rolling resistance for improved fuel efficiency. The HYDRO-GRIP technology of the Destination LE3 forces water from the contact patch area for better wet grip, while its full-depth 3D sipes boost snow traction in light winter conditions. Additionally, the advanced tread design of this Firestone all-season tire improves ride comfort by absorbing road vibrations and keeping the tread noise levels in control. The Destination LE3 is a great choice for vehicles like the Honda CR-V, BMW X3, Lexus LX, Jeep Cherokee, Kia Telluride, Ford F-150, GMC Yukon, Dodge RAM 1500, Lincoln Navigator, Toyota Sequoia, Cadillac Escalade, Chevrolet Silverado 1500, Nissan Titan, and Mercedes-Benz GLA.
Have a question about Firestone Destination LE3 tires?
No, Firestone Destination LE3 tires are not directional; they're symmetrical. The Destination LE3's symmetrical tread pattern means the tire can be rotated to any position of a CUV, SUV, or light truck.
Firestone Destination LE3 tires are good in light snow thanks to an all-season rubber compound, full-depth 3D siping, and circumferential grooves that all work together to increase traction in winter weather. The Destination LE3 is not Three Peak Mountain Snowflake certified, so it should not be used in moderate to severe winter weather conditions.
Firestone Destination LE3 tires are backed by a 70,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty. This means the Destination LE3 is expected to last at least 70,000 miles, assuming proper use, maintenance, and rotation are followed.
Destination LE3 tires could be made at Firestone's factory in Brazil, Canada, Costa Rica, the United States, or Vietnam.
The Firestone Destination LE3 is different than the LE2 by offering better traction on dry, wet, and wintry roads, a quieter ride, improved fuel efficiency, and a 10,000 mile longer tread life warranty.
No, Firestone Destination LE3 tires are not noisy thanks to a unique tread design that reduces road noises and vibrations to create a quiet, comfortable ride for drivers and passengers.
Yes, the Firestone Destination LE3 can be used on wet roads thanks to circumferential grooves that remove water from the tire to reduce the risk of hydroplaning. The Destination LE3 also features full-depth 3D siping and Hydro-Grip Technology to further boost traction and performance on wet roads.
Yes, the Firestone Destination LE3 is available in outlined white letter sidewall in select sizes. Other sizes of the Destination LE3 are available in black sidewall.
