The Federal Couragia F/X tires receive mixed reviews, with some customers praising their performance while others express disappointment with their durability.
The Federal Couragia F/X tires offer good initial performance and value for money, particularly in dry and wet conditions. However, the most significant drawback is their rapid tread wear, which has been a major concern for many users. While some customers are satisfied with their purchase, others strongly advise against buying these tires due to their short lifespan. The tires seem to perform better on high-performance SUVs but may not be suitable for daily drivers expecting long-lasting tread life.
Positive highlights
Good performance in dry and wet conditions. Excellent grip, especially in rainy conditions. Great value for the price. Suitable for high-performance SUVs. Surprisingly good performance in deep snow for some users.
Negative highlights
Extremely quick tread wear reported by multiple users. Poor longevity, with some tires wearing out within 6-12 months. Inconsistent quality, with some users experiencing balancing issues. Subpar performance in snowy and icy conditions for some. Tendency to flat-spot when the vehicle is stationary for extended periods.

Might as well be made out of plastic. These Federal Couragia tires wore down so fast (bought in Feb 2021) and in Nov 2021 the rear tires are completely bald after about 10000 miles. No crazy driving, normal driving. Lincoln MKC.

After 8 months the rear tires have minimal tread and the front have pretty good tread on an AWD Lincoln MXC. Terrible wear.

I waited until I had to change my tires, about 1 year, before I came back to write this review. These tires wore completely in 1 year (less than 10k miles) and I had to replace. These handle good in dry conditions but not so much for rain/snow. They didn't come with a warranty either so I am simply out the money I spent on a set. Take it from experience, and save your money, it's better to pay a little more for tires that have a mileage warranty with them. I would not recommend getting these for daily use. May be good to mount for a spare, but that's about it.

So far thes tires are what I expected. Since they are on the performance side the ride is a bit rougher. They perform surprisingly well in the deep snow!

Updating my review after putting 10k on them. The tires are wearing well, but if the car sits for a week the tires flat spot themselves and they vibrated for a period of time until they round out. The snow performance in review is pretty poor. I would not recommend them for snowy climates. I have rotated in snow tires for winter driving.

Although my tires have had limited driving, I have had flat tires due to the long valve stems and difficulty with the wheel being mounted tightly to the wheel.

This was a poorly written description and I am sorry I bought these tires....it is simple tires fault they should not list any tire without mileage available for TIRE. TOO soon to rate yet.
Designed for use on mid and full sized SUVs, the Couragia F/X is an all season tire that offers drivers sporty performance and a long tread life.
Features & Benefits
All-season tread
Black sidewall
Outer tread blocks are reinforced to strengthen traction during intense driving
Finding a set of tires that performs year round is a must for most drivers, and those who drive mid and full sized SUVs are no different. Consider the Couragia F/X from Federal Tires, which features four wide grooves within its tread that increase handling and stability on wet roads. Built with a center rib that improves ride comfort, the Couragia F/X's optimized tread pattern strengthens traction while also reducing road noises to give drivers a quiet, comfortable ride.
