Haven't used in winter, this is for a pop-up camper, ride handling does not apply it is on the pop-up hopefully we aren't riding on it. Not sure about rating noise as we don't hear it.

I bought these tires for my 2 place quad trailer. I hauled this trailer behind my fifth wheel on a 1500 mile loop through Idaho and Montana then back to Washington. I'm extremely happy with the tire capacity (load range F), this gives me huge peace of mind against blowouts. The rest of the time towing this trailer is shorter hauls and the trailer tracks great.
