Too early to judge quality of tires yet. They seem fine at this point. However,
the ordering, shipping, and customer service was abysmal. I ordered 5 tires total (3 of one kind and 2 of another) and Simple Tire sent me the wrong tires 2 or 3 times. Trying to explain it to them via phone, was a beating and wasted about 4 hours of my costly time. When I received the second wrong shipment, they wanted me to send them pictures before they would do anything. When I asked to speak to a supervisor (it was Friday afternoon), I was told that they were in a very important meeting and unavailable. I was on the phone with their rep over an hour, trying to get a supervisor and simultaneously trying to get them to understand the problem. However, when 5:00 pm rolled around, I was told that the supervisor was now gone for the weekend and the warehouse was now closed and they couldn't reship to me until Tuesday (of course Monday was a holiday) . I was then told someone would call me first thing Tuesday. You guessed it...no one called me..
