it was first difficult to order on the website the first time i wanted 10 ply tires ,i thought got the right ply tires but they came 8 ply which i never use as they don,t last as long for me,contacted your help line and got return process on the way,but when i tried to buy from help line the person said there was none available she ask for part # which did not have ,so i thought i was out of luck .then went back on line to EBAY site pulled up simpletire again and was able to order the tire i needed so that being said .Do you have two websites which have different inventory this is confusing ,i have order from u guys before . i would rather just call your company and talk to a sales rep that knows the inventory hope my input is taken the right way thanks again Bob Copes
